New Gmail email triggers Zapier, which sends content to ChatGPT. ChatGPT categorizes (important/spam/needs reply) and then applies labels or drafts replies.

  • Auto‑categorization: Star important emails, archive ads, delete spam.
  • Daily summary: A digest email with summaries of all important emails—no need to open each one.
  • Auto‑reply drafts: ChatGPT generates responses for common questions (pricing, intros) from a knowledge base; I just review and send.

Zapier free tier: 100 tasks/month, enough for personal use. ChatGPT API costs <$5/month. Avoid sending sensitive data to third parties.
